non-functional televisioncold ambiance
I found the television to be non-functional throughout my stay. despite a request for it to be fixed, no action was taken. additionally, the main dining area felt unwelcoming. Its dark, industrial decor created a cold ambiance. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The breakfast was a huge letdown, i must say. the beef sausage looked inedible. My dog wouldn't touch it, i bet. the bacon was ice cold. the ladies at the hotplate weren't any better. They used filthy dishwater to clean the frying utensils. It was disgusting to watch.

Acceptable stay with some issues

The room had a sea view which was nice.
The food was disappointing. I found the breakfast selection lacked variety and the quality was poor. The staff also didn't smile much, so the experience was not really enjoyable.

The double room i stayed in was very spacious and beautifully decorated. breakfast service impressed me. The staff accommodated blending my daughter's vegan ingredients for a smoothie. the view from the room of the ocean was just majestic. Every unit faces the water, always a plus.
The car ramp to the parking area was dark. The pedestrian walkway was closed due to vandalism.
